PHYSICAL PREPARATION

Your physical preparation is essential to ensure that you are competition ready. Physical preparation includes recovery, injury prevention and management as well as routine readiness.

MENTAL PREPARATION

Your mental preparation is equally as important as your physical preparation. Mental preparation may include mental training techniques such as goal setting, self- talk, imagery and concentration exercises.
